Meet Our Team

Our people have diverse backgrounds in strategy, communications, law, human resources, and employee and labor relations of union and non-union environments; specialized in handling grievances and solving disputes.

The team is led by Sarah Majengo who is an experienced business leader with 20 years of first-hand multi-sectoral experience mastering in leadership, strategic communication and change management which enables her to help any company become “the place to work” for top talent. She uses the knowledge she has gained over the years to support the growth of small businesses.

Sarah is very passionate about nurturing Africa’s youth by providing world-class mentorship and skills training designed to help them enhance their interests, skills and abilities.
